Tour Terms & Conditions

Applicable to all tour packages operated by Wildorix Ventures)

By booking this tour, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following strict Terms & Conditions, which are legally binding and non-negotiable.

1. Booking Confirmation Policy

• A tour booking shall be considered CONFIRMED only after receipt of minimum 50% advance payment.

• If 50% advance is not received, the booking will be treated as tentative and may be cancelled by the company without any prior notice.

• Any verbal confirmation, WhatsApp chat, email, or screenshot does not guarantee booking without advance payment.

2. Full Payment & Auto-Cancellation Rule

• The remaining balance amount must be paid at least 2 days before the departure date.

• If full payment is not received 2 days prior to departure, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

• In such cases:

  • Seat will be cancelled

  • Advance amount will be forfeited

  • No refund will be applicable under any circumstances

3. Railway Ticket Booking & Waiting List Policy (Very Strict)

• All railway tickets are booked strictly as per availability at the time of booking.

• If the ticket is Waiting List (WL) / RAC, the passenger is informed at the time of booking.

• Seat confirmation is entirely under Indian Railways authority.

• Wildorix Ventures does not guarantee seat confirmation, berth allocation, upgrade, or alternate arrangements.

• The company will NOT arrange seats manually or through any unofficial means.

4. Waiting List Liability Limitation (Important)

• If the railway ticket remains on Waiting List till chart preparation or journey date:

  • Wildorix Ventures will have NO responsibility for seat confirmation.

  • The company will ONLY facilitate the railway fine/refund strictly as per Indian Railways rules.

  • Only official government railway receipt will be provided to the customer.

  • No additional refund, compensation, alternate travel, hotel stay, or adjustment will be given by the company.

• The final refund amount (if any) is fully decided by Indian Railways, not the tour operator.

5. Train Delay / Cancellation / Railway Issues

• Wildorix Ventures will not be responsible for:

  • Train delays

  • Train cancellations

  • Train rescheduling

  • Missed connections

  • Railway operational issues

• Any loss, inconvenience, or extra expense due to railway decisions will not be eligible for refund or claim.

6. Refund & Cancellation Reference

• All refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy mentioned on the website.

• No verbal assurance or exception outside the published policy shall be considered valid.

7. No Refund for Partial Use

• No refund will be provided for:

  • Late joining of the tour

  • Early departure

  • Missed sightseeing

  • Missed meals, hotel stay, or transport

• Tour cost is calculated as a complete package, not per service.

8. Accommodation & Transport

• Hotels will be provided on twin/triple sharing basis.

• Extra mattress is subject to hotel availability and policy.

• Any damage to hotel rooms, vehicles, or property will be charged directly to the passenger.

• Sightseeing and transfers may be operated on shared or private vehicle basis depending on group size.

9. Changes in Itinerary

• The company reserves the right to:

  • Change sightseeing order

  • Modify itinerary

  • Skip locations due to weather, traffic, crowd, safety, or operational reasons

• Such changes do not qualify for any refund.

10. Force Majeure Clause

• Wildorix Ventures shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government orders or restrictions

  • Political disturbances

  • Pandemics

  • Road blockages

  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond control

• No refund or compensation is guaranteed in such cases.

11. Passenger Responsibility

• All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID.

• The company is not responsible for denied boarding, hotel check-in, or temple entry due to ID or personal issues.

• Health, medical fitness, and personal safety are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

12. Payment to Third Parties – No Company Liability (Very Important)

• Customers are STRICTLY ADVISED to make all payments ONLY to the official company bank account.

• If any customer voluntarily pays cash or transfers money to:

  • Tour Coordinator

  • Driver

  • Guide

  • Local vendor

  • Or any individual other than the official company account

  ➤ Wildorix Ventures shall NOT be responsible for such payments.

• Any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from such payments will be entirely the customer’s responsibility.

• The company will not entertain any claims or refunds for unofficial payments.

13. Final Authority

• This is a group departure tour; minimum passenger requirement applies.

• All bookings are non-transferable.

• Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• By confirming the booking, the customer unconditionally accepts all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
