At Wildorix Ventures, we strive to deliver exceptional travel experiences. We also understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
📅 1. Cancellation by the Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, notify us in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Cancellation date will be based on when we receive your request.
⏳ Timeline & Refund Structure:

🔸 Note: A processing fee of ₹500 or 5% (whichever is higher) will be deducted from all refundable amounts.
🌧️ 2. Cancellations Due to Weather, Natural Causes, War, or Government Restrictions
We understand that travel can be impacted by events outside of our control.

If a trip is cancelled due to natural disasters, floods, landslides, extreme weather, war, curfew, strikes, or any government-imposed restriction or travel ban,
➤ No refund will be issued. -
However, we may offer a credit note or rescheduling option, subject to availability and supplier terms.
🔄 3. Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your trip:

You may request rescheduling up to 10 days before departure

A rescheduling fee will apply based on the nature of the change and the prevailing market rates at the time (hotel/transport re-booking charges, permits, etc.)
🔸 Minimum rescheduling charge of ₹1000 or 10% will apply.
💸 4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days

Mode of refund: original payment method (bank, UPI, card, etc.)

Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and third-party deductions are non-refundable
🧭 5. Cancellation by Wildorix Ventures
If Wildorix Ventures cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances not covered in the above clause, you will receive:

100% full refund OR
-
Option to reschedule/shift your trip at no extra cost
🚫 6. Non-Refundable Components

Government permits, flight/train tickets, visa, insurance, and customized bookings are non-refundable

Certain hotel/resort bookings based on dynamic pricing may also be non-refundable
